Great product. Well worth the money. I am thoroughly pleased with the window insert. Easy to install, looks great and does the job. Noticed the difference immediately after install. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to saving money on heating cost. I purchased 6 for a trial and boy was I surprised. I am going to going to purchase more.

I wanted to take a minute to let you know our order came today and I had the three windows installed in 20 minutes, including the one (2) piece unit. This time included removing the mini blinds and repositioning them after the window installation.

Your windows are awesome. They are made well, to my exact measurements, and as a result fit perfectly. Since COVID we have been generally unhappy with the work/products we have received anytime we have made home repairs. This includes the new Andersen windows that your inserts are no insulating properly as the windows themselves are very poorly made. It's nice to know that there are still people who take pride in their products and deliver on their promises!

Even though I'm pretty confident there is no actual air infiltration, we experienced an uncomfortable cold downdraft from the skylight tunnels in our kitchen and family room. I think it was just air being cooled up by the skylight and then rotating down into the room. I installed the inserts into the tunnels 12 inches below the skylights; I thought I might have to install some sort of support to keep them up, but they seem quite secure with just friction fit. The result is terrific, the downdraft has been reduced to almost nothing.

Just received my inserts and they fit perfectly! Great design and easy to install! The brown color matched my windows as well. I can already tell they are working . House is tighter and less drafty! Thanks for a great product!

This is such a wonderful product! I've specified them for clients in the past. This is my first personal use.

I live in a Mid-Century house I've had since 1972 (a very long time) My home is (in)famous for being incredibly hard to heat. Even after installing exterior storm window, the living room was always chilly. I knew intellectually these inserts were a good idea but as I was installing them I could actually feel the cold of the existing glass go away behind the inserts. Amazing!

And, in addition to being warmer, the room was quieter. It feels comfortable, warm, and quiet.

The packaging was in perfect condition when they arrived. Each window was numbered and the numbers corresponded to the attached invoice so installation was a breeze. I liked having color options. I used the white on the window wall but didn't want to use white on the clerestory windows on the cedar wall. The brown is perfect. It just goes away.

Everything about working with your company and installing this product has been incredibly easy. Wonderful customer service. Beautifully fabricated inserts. Helpful all the way through the process.

My wife and I needed our windows for our newly purchased home in New York to have storm windows installed as well as the possibility of replacing several windows due to the drafts of wind finding their way into our home. Consequently, we had a Contractor come to the home and measure all the windows and then waited for him to contact us regarding the price and time that it would take to install them. Days turned into weeks and we received no response from the Contractor even after leaving voicemail and text messages, all the while the weather was getting colder. That is when I decided to extensively search the internet and came across, "Windowinserts," and took note of all of the positive reviews. My wife and decided to only purchase two inserts to try which were not as expensive as having to replace a window or to purchase storm windows. I effortlessly installed them onto two of the most drafty windows in our three-floor home and much to our delight, they worked AMAZINGLY! The room temperature has never been as warm and the draft NO LONGER EXISTED! So, needless to say, we just purchased additional window inserts for six more windows! My wife and I HIGHLY recommend to those that are in need of their windows to be insulated to consider "Windowinserts."

After 3 years installed, these windows are still wonderful! They paid for themselves after one year in utility savings alone. Easy to install/uninstall, clear, and air tight, what more could you want. I have a historic home and while I love my original windows, I don’t love the drafts. No more window film, no more temporary fixes. They look as great as the day I got them.

Just received my order. Opened box, EASY install, perfect fit and OH MY what an immediate difference in draft at windows! I built an in-law suite for my 88 year old mom and she was always complaining about the cold air at the windows. We’ll, draft no more! She is very happy now and said she felt an immediate difference. I ordered 4 inserts and the price, build, fit, shipping and service are exceptional. My home is 2 story, built 1905. Walls are fully insulated but the double hung windows are drafty, inefficient single pane. The inserts are snug on all sides and the film is surprisingly efficient at helping to retain heat and completely eliminated drafts. The rooms come up to temp quicker and hold temp longer without the furnace kicking on. Price was the initial attraction as opposed to purchasing replacement windows. Prior to ordering I had questions and the staff was great in providing answers and information. The inserts arrived with packaging that ensures they are undamaged. Pretty impressive all around. Absolutely I recommend these inserts.

You exceeded all my expectations. The inserts are extremely well made and fit perfectly. New windows are so costly and never will payback the expense. These inserts should payback in less than a year by reducing energy bills. I installed them behind blinds and they upgrade the look. Drafts are eliminated. We received our window inserts a couple weeks ago and quickly installed them. WOW! These are Great! We immediately felt the temperature difference in the rooms we installed them in. Our house was built in 1940 and we have chosen to keep several of the original windows but always suffered during the cold winter months. Not anymore! Thank you for building such a great product! I have had the window inserts for over five years, they have added to my older homes comfort, took them out this past fall to clean them and reinstalled. The ordering process is simple and deliver was as promised. I would highly recommend them if you want a cost effective alternative to replacing your windows. Scale of 1/10 I would give them a 10.

Wish I ordered years ago. I'll echo others with the quality and fit. Shipping packaging was A+ After installing, immediately noticed a marked increase in warmth! Furnace runs less too.

My house was built in 1920 and had many old-style storm windows that were broken when I bought it, which caused a ton of draftiness especially on windy days. Nobody makes storms anymore, and I didn't want to do the huge splurge of fully replacing windows, so I got these inserts and I could not be more pleased. They're very lightweight and surprisingly flexible, and fit snugly but not painfully tight in my windows. As I write this review, it's an extremely cold and windy day with gusts over 40mph and there is a massive difference in the draftiness-- and by difference, I mean barely any draft at all! I am beyond pleased and can't wait to see how much lower my heating bill will be this month.

If you need a cost effective, custom-sized option to help with draftiness or efficiency, I cannot recommend these inserts enough. They ship quickly, are incredibly easy to install, and have made a huge difference in my old home. My furnace kicks on less, there's little to no draftiness in my house, and the brown trim makes the inserts blend very nicely with the rest of the home. You wouldn't even notice them if you weren't looking for them.

I received and easily installed my window inserts. My home immediately felt warmer. I could no longer feel the cold coming right through the glass of the windows. I am a 70 year old woman, not in the best of health, but I was able to very easily install all 17 inserts on my own within 30 minutes. I can see from the quality these window inserts will last for decades.

For the first time in 50 years of marriage my husband said "you're right". Lol! When I came downstairs after waking up he admitted that my choice to get the window inserts made a difference. We ordered inserts for 9 floor to ceiling windows that are on the North side of the house. House was built for us in 2006 & it was always cold in those two rooms. Install took less than a half hour. I love these, I had to keep my blinds down for added warmth after getting the inserts I can now put my blinds up again, and my house is warmer and stays that way longer thank you very much. Really easy to put up too
