2.) Measure all of your windows, fill out the form and email in the spreadsheet(best) or fax in the order form in to (888) 489-9462. Our Order & Prices page contains measuring instructions.

3.) Pricing and shipping information is located on the Order & Prices page. You will get the best price by measuring all of your windows and getting them as one group. In most cases we can start you with a small insert or split panel inserts as a working starter after we have your order sheet. Most windows are between $45 and $99 on a volume price.

Emailing in your order sheet is better than leaving a message that you have a question or need a quote on 1 or a few windows. Priority will be given to those that email in their full order sheet. Most questions can be answered by reading the website.

Send in your window measurements using the instructions below and we can start you with one, a few or even a working trial insert in most cases. This way you can see how great it works and how great it looks on your windows and you'll probably order more like most of our satisfied customers. Please email in if you have any questions.

How to measure for an estimate & order:
You are measuring the window frame opening inside your windows where you are going to place the insert. Measure from left to right (edge to edge) and top to bottom (header to sill). Make sure you have at least 1/2 inch depth that's flat on all four sides for the foam to compress against. Also check you have enough room behind any blinds (just over 5/8 inch) at the top. Ideally, there should be an air space of between 3/4 to 3+ inches between your glass and the insert. With interior storms, a bigger pocket of sealed air space equals more insulation. Make sure you measure the part of frame where your inserts will be located; for example, if they will be 2 inches out from the glass, measure the width and height of the window 2 inches out. You can use any trim or part of the frame as long as it is at least 1/2 inch deep and flat.

We ask for 6 measurements per window frame opening. Measure width at the bottom, middle and top and height at the left, center and right to make sure the openings are square. Send all measurements if they are different. Bend a metal tape and measure it to the nearest 1/16th or 1/8th inch.

Number your measurements beginning with 1. Next to each measurement note whether you want a white or brown frame. It helps to note what room each window is in, such as LR, DR, MBD, BD1, BD2, BTH, KT. Fill out the information below for each window in your house. Email in a list or call to fax in sheets. Be sure to send in your name, phone and shipping address.

The following spreadsheet file should be used to measure and send in sizes. Save, print, fill it out and email or fax it in for an estimate. Be sure to let us know how many you'll consider once satisfied (you can ballpark sizes if needed but let us know that) as that's how we figure out your volume discount and grouping windows is the most affordable way to purchase inserts.

Pricing & discounts:
Let us know how many windows you'll consider and we'll qualify you for volume pricing and discounts. We often start you with one or a trial to make sure you are satisfied before ordering the rest which minimizes risk. We need to know how many you'll consider to give you a ballpark price before proceeding with a starter.

Most windows are between $45 and $99 on a volume price. A volume discount is available at 10 windows or all your windows if you have less than 10 and varies depending on window sizes and count.
Call or email regarding commercial, multi-tenant, warehouse or large/multi building pricing.

Build time & shipping:
Starters or small partial orders usually ship out within 1-2 weeks and often within days. Larger orders are built as they come in and can take 1-3+ weeks during the busy season. Ask us about priority build and ship if desired or needed.

We ship most of our orders via FedEx ground or using LTL freight, depending on box size and number. Remember, it often costs the same to ship one or a few larger inserts as it does to ship 10-15, so grouping windows and orders will save money. Shipping is based on the size of the box and is often between $90 and $190 for a full order. Small or split starter windows are usually between $22 and $36 to ship.

We have a lot of customers start with a starter and then get the rest once satisfied with how great it looks and works on their windows. Order with your neighbors and save even more.
